- 1/2 cup diced pickles (or relish), optional
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce or sugar-free ketchup
For the cheesy topping:
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)
Optional garnishes:
- Chopped green onions
