Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

Thick, chocolaty, and nutty with no refined sugar β€” this smoothie tastes like a dessert but fuels you like a breakfast! Perfect for a quick energy boost or post-workout treat.


🍴 Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana (preferably frozen)
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • A handful of ice cubes (for extra thickness)
  • Optional: 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed for fiber
  • Optional: 1 scoop chocolate protein powder for a boost

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as needed (add more milk to thin or ice to thicken).
