🧄🧀 Gooey Garlic Cheese Bombs – Bursting With Melted Cheese & Savory Butter!

April 24, 2025 by adminsnacks

If you’re craving something warm, cheesy, and downright irresistible, these Gooey Garlic Cheese Bombs are IT. Soft bread rolls stuffed with melty cheese, brushed with garlicky butter, and baked until golden and bubbling — they’re the perfect snack, appetizer, or side dish to just about anything.

🧀 Ingredients:

(Makes ~12 bombs)

For the bombs:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough
  • 12 cubes of mozzarella cheese (or any good melting cheese)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing the pan)

For the garlic butter:

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional but awesome)
  • Pinch of salt

🔧 Instructions:

1. Prep the dough:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly oil a round baking dish or cast-iron skillet.
  • Flatten each piece of dough and place a cube of cheese in the center.
  • Fold the dough around the cheese and pinch to seal into a ball.

2. Assemble the bombs:

  • Place each sealed dough ball seam-side down in the pan, slightly spaced apart.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic, parsley, and Parmesan.

3. Brush & bake:

  • Brush the tops generously with the garlic butter.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
  • Brush with more garlic butter after baking for extra flavor.

🫕 Serving ideas:

  • With marinara sauce, ranch, or hot honey for dipping
  • Alongside soup, pasta, or salad
  • As party snacks (watch them vanish!)

💡 Tips & Twists:

✔️ Add pepperoni or jalapeños inside for a spicy version
✔️ Use pre-made frozen dinner rolls — just thaw and stuff!
✔️ Want to go homemade? Use fresh yeast dough for next-level texture

These little cheese bombs are dangerously good — crispy outside, gooey inside, and full of that garlic-butter goodness. Want a pull-apart bread version or vegan swap? I’ve got you!
