Instructions
- Soften the Cream Cheese: Let cream cheese sit at room temperature for 30-60 minutes. Or, microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring in between, until soft (not melted).
- Combine Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, and Mayonnaise: In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
- Mix Until Smooth: Beat with an electric mixer (or whisk vigorously) until completely smooth and creamy.
- Incorporate the Bacon: Add crumbled cooked bacon to the cream cheese mixture.
- Add the Green Onions: Add the chopped green onions to the mixture.
- Season with Spices: Add garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to the bowl.
- Mix Well: Gently mix all ingredients until thoroughly combined.
- Cover and Chill: Cover the bowl tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours) to allow flavors to meld.
- Prepare the Doritos: Get your bag of Doritos ready.
- Serve and Garnish (Optional): Transfer the chilled dip to a serving bowl. Garnish with additional crumbled bacon and chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
