Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix until creamy.
  2. Add minced garlic, chopped parsley, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until evenly distributed. Set aside.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly to create a disc about 3 inches in diameter.
  5. Place about 1 tablespoon of cheese filling in the center of each flattened biscuit.
  6. Fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal. Roll into a ball shape.
  7. In a small bowl, combine melted butter and minced garlic. Stir well.
  8. Optionally, add a pinch of salt to the butter mixture. Set aside.
  9. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  10. Place the cheese bombs on the baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  11. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the tops of each cheese bomb. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
  12. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
  13. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!
