- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix until creamy.
- Add minced garlic, chopped parsley, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until evenly distributed. Set aside.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly to create a disc about 3 inches in diameter.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of cheese filling in the center of each flattened biscuit.
- Fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal. Roll into a ball shape.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter and minced garlic. Stir well.
- Optionally, add a pinch of salt to the butter mixture. Set aside.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the cheese bombs on the baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the tops of each cheese bomb. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!
