Deliciously cheesy and garlicky, these Garlic Bread Ritz Bites are a perfect appetizer or snack. Made with buttery Ritz crackers, fresh garlic, and a blend of Parmesan and mozzarella cheese, they are sure to be a hit at any gathering! Enjoy them warm for a delightful treat.

- 1 package of Ritz crackers (about 200g)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Optional: 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes for a spicy kick
Instructions
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the softened unsalted butter.
- Add the minced garlic.
- Sprinkle in the finely chopped fresh parsley.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Mix everything together until well combined and creamy.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the Ritz crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spread a generous amount of the garlic butter mixture onto each Ritz cracker.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each cracker.
- Add shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the Parmesan.
- Optionally, sprinkle red pepper flakes on some crackers for a spicy kick.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the crackers are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For a more intense garlic flavor, feel free to add more minced garlic to the butter mixture.
- These bites are best enjoyed fresh out of the oven but can be stored in an airtight container for a day or two. Reheat in the oven to regain crispiness.
