Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula (about 5-7 minutes).
- Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent.

- Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until well combined.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and add the milk. Whisk until blended.
- Pour the egg and milk mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

- Place the pre-made pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.
- Spread the beef and vegetable mixture evenly over the pie crust.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the filling.
- Pour the batter over the top of the cheese and filling, spreading it evenly.
- Place the assembled pie in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
