- Coarse sea salt
- Beaten egg
Instructions
- Boil for about 30 seconds on each side. This step gives the pretzels their signature chewy texture.
- After boiling, remove the pretzels with the slotted spoon and place them back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Brush each pretzel with the beaten egg to give them a beautiful golden color when baked.
- Sprinkle coarse sea salt over the top of each pretzel.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
