These wraps are loaded with juicy garlic-seasoned chicken, melted cheese, and your favorite add-ins, all tucked into a warm tortilla and pan-grilled until crispy. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal-prep wins!
For the chicken:
2 cooked chicken breasts (shredded or sliced) — or use rotisserie chicken
2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or mixed herbs
Salt and pepper to taste
For the wraps:
4 large tortillas or flatbreads
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella, cheddar, or cheese blend
Optional add-ins: chopped spinach, tomatoes, red onions, or jalapeños
Optional sauce: garlic aioli, ranch, or spicy mayo
In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter or heat oil.
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add shredded/sliced chicken and seasoning. Toss well and cook for 2–3 minutes until heated through and garlicky.
Lay out tortillas.
Spread a thin layer of sauce (if using).
Add a layer of garlic chicken, then top with cheese and any veggies.
Fold the sides in, then roll tightly into a wrap or burrito shape.
Wipe the skillet and return to medium heat.
Toast wraps seam-side down for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy, and cheese is melted.
Slice in half and serve warm with extra dip or a side salad.
✔️ Use pre-cooked chicken for super speed.
