  • Yield: 4 1x

Description

These wraps are loaded with juicy garlic-seasoned chicken, melted cheese, and your favorite add-ins, all tucked into a warm tortilla and pan-grilled until crispy. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal-prep wins!

Ingredients

Scale

For the chicken:

  • 2 cooked chicken breasts (shredded or sliced) — or use rotisserie chicken

  • 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or mixed herbs

  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the wraps:

  • 4 large tortillas or flatbreads

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella, cheddar, or cheese blend

  • Optional add-ins: chopped spinach, tomatoes, red onions, or jalapeños

  • Optional sauce: garlic aioli, ranch, or spicy mayo

Instructions

1. Garlic chicken filling:

  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter or heat oil.

  • Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  • Add shredded/sliced chicken and seasoning. Toss well and cook for 2–3 minutes until heated through and garlicky.

2. Assemble wraps:

  • Lay out tortillas.

  • Spread a thin layer of sauce (if using).

  • Add a layer of garlic chicken, then top with cheese and any veggies.

  • Fold the sides in, then roll tightly into a wrap or burrito shape.

3. Toast:

  • Wipe the skillet and return to medium heat.

  • Toast wraps seam-side down for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy, and cheese is melted.

4. Serve:

  • Slice in half and serve warm with extra dip or a side salad.

Notes

✔️ Use pre-cooked chicken for super speed.
✔️ Add crispy bacon or cooked mushrooms for extra flavor.
✔️ Make it spicy with chili flakes, hot sauce, or pepper jack cheese.
