Juicy grilled chicken coated in a sweet, smoky mango-pineapple glaze — tropical, fresh, and perfect for summer BBQs or an easy weeknight dinner!
Ingredients
For the Chicken:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder
For the Mango Pineapple Glaze:

1/2 cup diced fresh mango

1/2 cup diced fresh pineapple

2 tbsp honey
-
2 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tbsp lime juice
-
1 tsp chili powder (optional for a little heat)

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
In a blender, combine mango, pineapple, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, chili powder, and garlic.
Blend until smooth.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a small saucepan and simmer the glaze for 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened.
Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Grill chicken for 5–7 minutes per side, brushing with the mango pineapple glaze during the last few minutes of cooking, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Notes
Serve the chicken hot, drizzled with extra glaze.
Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro and lime wedges for a bright, zesty finish!
