🍴 Ingredients
- 1 baguette or Italian bread loaf, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried parsley)
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste

Prep:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
Make the Garlic Butter:
In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Assemble:
Dip or brush each bread piece generously with the garlic butter.
Arrange them close together on the prepared baking sheet.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the top, then sprinkle Parmesan.
Bake:
Bake for 10–12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bread edges are golden.
For extra crispiness, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end (watch closely!).
