- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced (button or cremini)

- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for lighter version)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
