Need a sweet treat fast? These no-bake cheesecake balls are creamy, rich, and rolled in your favorite toppings β perfect for a last-minute dessert or snack. Bonus: they taste like little bites of cheesecake heaven!
Ingredients
(Makes ~12β15 balls)

8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (plus extra for coating)

Optional mix-ins:

2 tbsp lemon juice or zest (for a lemony twist)

2 tbsp Nutella, peanut butter, or jam

Mini chocolate chips, crushed Oreos, or fruit bits

Optional coatings:

Crushed graham crackers
-
Cocoa powder
-
Chopped nuts
-
Shredded coconut
-
Melted chocolate (for dipping or drizzle)
Instructions

Mix the base:
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and graham crumbs until smooth.
(Add any optional mix-ins now.) -
Chill briefly (optional):
If the mixture is too soft to roll, chill it for 5 minutes in the freezer. -
Roll into balls:
Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls. -
Coat & finish:
Roll in your coating of choice β or dip in melted chocolate for a fancier finish. -
Serve or chill:
Enjoy immediately, or refrigerate for 15β30 minutes to firm up even more.
