If you’re a fan of Kinder Bueno and Nutella (who isn’t?), this mousse is going to rock your dessert world. It’s rich, airy, chocolatey, and layered with that irresistible hazelnut-cream flavor we all love β€” no baking required!

Ingredients

(Makes 4–6 servings)

🍫 For the mousse:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)

  • 1/2 cup Nutella

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (optional for extra sweetness)

  • 2–3 Kinder Bueno bars, chopped (save some for topping)

πŸ₯„ Optional additions:

  • 2 oz cream cheese or mascarpone, softened (for a thicker, cheesecake-style texture)

  • Crushed wafer cookies or hazelnuts, for layers or garnish

  • Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder, to finish

Instructions

🍦 1. Whip the cream:

  • In a chilled bowl, beat heavy cream with a mixer until soft peaks form.

  • Add vanilla extract and powdered sugar (if using) and continue beating until firm peaks form. Set aside.

🍫 2. Fold in Nutella:

  • In a separate bowl, microwave Nutella for 10–15 seconds to soften slightly.

  • (Optional) Beat Nutella with softened cream cheese or mascarpone for extra richness.

  • Gently fold Nutella into the whipped cream mixture until smooth and fully combined.

🍫 3. Add Kinder Bueno magic:

  • Gently fold in chopped Kinder Bueno pieces.

  • Be careful not to overmix β€” you want bits of wafer and hazelnut creme in every bite!

🍨 4. Assemble & chill:

  • Spoon mousse into serving glasses or bowls.

  • Optional: Add a layer of crushed wafers, cookies, or hazelnuts between mousse layers.

  • Top with more chopped Kinder Bueno, Nutella drizzle, or chocolate curls.

  • Chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours before serving for best texture.
