If you’re a fan of Kinder Bueno and Nutella (who isn’t?), this mousse is going to rock your dessert world. Itβs rich, airy, chocolatey, and layered with that irresistible hazelnut-cream flavor we all love β no baking required!
(Makes 4β6 servings)
1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
1/2 cup Nutella
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup powdered sugar (optional for extra sweetness)
2β3 Kinder Bueno bars, chopped (save some for topping)
2 oz cream cheese or mascarpone, softened (for a thicker, cheesecake-style texture)
Crushed wafer cookies or hazelnuts, for layers or garnish
Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder, to finish
In a chilled bowl, beat heavy cream with a mixer until soft peaks form.
Add vanilla extract and powdered sugar (if using) and continue beating until firm peaks form. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, microwave Nutella for 10β15 seconds to soften slightly.
(Optional) Beat Nutella with softened cream cheese or mascarpone for extra richness.
Gently fold Nutella into the whipped cream mixture until smooth and fully combined.
Gently fold in chopped Kinder Bueno pieces.
Be careful not to overmix β you want bits of wafer and hazelnut creme in every bite!
Spoon mousse into serving glasses or bowls.
Optional: Add a layer of crushed wafers, cookies, or hazelnuts between mousse layers.
Top with more chopped Kinder Bueno, Nutella drizzle, or chocolate curls.
Chill in the fridge for 1β2 hours before serving for best texture.
