Ingredients
(Serves 6β8)

1 (10 oz) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained

1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2β3 cloves garlic, minced

Salt & pepper, to taste

Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes, squeeze of lemon juice for brightness
Instructions
π₯ 1. Preheat & prep:

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Grease a small baking dish (8×8 or similar size).
π§ 2. Mix the base:

In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.

Stir in garlic, Parmesan, mozzarella, chopped artichokes, and squeezed spinach.

Season with salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes or lemon juice.

Spoon mixture into the prepared dish.

Bake for 20β25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly and lightly golden on top.
