Description

Whether you’re hosting game night, a holiday dinner, or just craving a cozy snack, this spinach artichoke dip is a warm, cheesy classic that never disappoints. Creamy, garlicky, and loaded with spinach and tender artichokes β€” it’s basically a hug in dip form.

Ingredients

(Serves 6–8)

  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained

  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes, squeeze of lemon juice for brightness

Instructions

πŸ₯„ 1. Preheat & prep:

  • Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

  • Grease a small baking dish (8×8 or similar size).

πŸ§„ 2. Mix the base:

  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.

  • Stir in garlic, Parmesan, mozzarella, chopped artichokes, and squeezed spinach.

  • Season with salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes or lemon juice.

πŸ”₯ 3. Bake:

  • Spoon mixture into the prepared dish.

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly and lightly golden on top.

  • (Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for a golden cheesy crust!)

Notes

  • Warm toasted baguette slices

  • Pita chips, tortilla chips, or crackers

  • Fresh veggies like carrot sticks, celery, or bell pepper strips

  • As a filling for a stuffed bread bowl or in a grilled cheese (trust me)
