????✨ Cheesecake Balls in 10 Minutes – No Bake, No Fuss, All Yum! ????

Need a sweet treat fast? These no-bake cheesecake balls are creamy, rich, and rolled in your favorite toppings — perfect for a last-minute dessert or snack. Bonus: they taste like little bites of cheesecake heaven!


???? Ingredients:

(Makes ~12–15 balls)

  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (plus extra for coating)
  • Optional mix-ins:
    • 2 tbsp lemon juice or zest (for a lemony twist)
    • 2 tbsp Nutella, peanut butter, or jam
    • Mini chocolate chips, crushed Oreos, or fruit bits

???? Optional coatings:

  • Crushed graham crackers
  • Cocoa powder
  • Chopped nuts
  • Shredded coconut
  • Melted chocolate (for dipping or drizzle)

⏱️ Instructions (10 minutes flat):

  1. Mix the base:
    In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and graham crumbs until smooth.
    (Add any optional mix-ins now.)
  2. Chill briefly (optional):
    If the mixture is too soft to roll, chill it for 5 minutes in the freezer.
  3. Roll into balls:
    Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.
  4. Coat & finish:
    Roll in your coating of choice — or dip in melted chocolate for a fancier finish.
  5. Serve or chill:
    Enjoy immediately, or refrigerate for 15–30 minutes to firm up even more.

Make them ahead and freeze — they’re awesome cold straight from the freezer!
